Revive Tile and Grout provide professional cleaning services for tiles and grout, aiming to restore their original shine and cleanliness.


2. Scope of Work:

Our services include but are not limited to tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and sealing.


3. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned and ensuring the safety of our technicians during the service.


4. Not Responsible for Grout Chipping:

While we strive to perform our services with the utmost care, Revive Tile, and Grout is not responsible for any instances of grout chipping that may occur during the cleaning process.


5. Baseboard Damage Disclaimer:

Customers acknowledge that baseboards may be delicate and prone to damage during the cleaning process. Revive Tile and Grout is not liable for any damage that may occur to baseboards as a result of our services.


6. Payment Terms:

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


7. Cancellation Policy:


Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.


8. Satisfaction Guarantee:


We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the job, and we will work to resolve any issues.


9. Liability:


Revive Tile and Grout shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or related to our services.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:


Revive Tile and Grout reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
